Your gracious host will extend a warm welcome, accompanied by a glass of sparkling wine to set the tone. From here, the journey descends below the surface, delving into the heart of the underground cellars, affectionately referred to as “The Drives”. Here, you’ll receive a personally guided tour, unravelling the historical tapestry that these cellars encapsulate, before eventually arriving at your designated dining drive.
