If you booked through the TOP PARKS website the following Terms and Conditions apply for your booking: Top Parks Terms and Conditions

Check in-out times

Check in time for cabins is 2pm onwards. Check out time is 10am. Late check ins are welcome until 9pm. Keep in mind that kangaroos are more active during the evening period, so drive safely! If you are checking in after 6pm, just give us a call so we can organise to leave an envelope for you at the front door of reception. Campsites have to be checked in before 9 pm just so setting up tent won't disturb the rest and peace of the neighbours too much! We might be able to consider a late check out on campsites, just ask on arrival or during your stay. Late check outs for cabins/glamping is in general hard to come by, but it doesn't hurt asking!

Sorry NO pets

Pets are not allowed in the National Park, but are allowed in Halls Gap and on Vic Roads. As we have a lot of roaming wildlife in and around the park we have decided to not allow pets in our park.

Behaviour/Night quiet time

Please respect your fellow holiday makers' right to peaceful enjoyment of the Park. Music should be kept to a minimum and cease at 10pm. No more noise after 11pm (bed time).

Drunkenness, offensive behaviour and rowdy parties will not be tolerated. You are responsible for the people on your site and/or staying at your cabin. Management has the right to terminate your stay for any breach or undesirable conduct.
If you are concerned by unnecessary noise or unacceptable behaviour please report to management by using the night bell at reception or by calling 03 5356 4281 and press for emergency in the park.

Use of camp lounge, deck and kitchen

The camp lounge/deck and camp kitchen are provided for the use of ALL guests, not one exclusive group. Be mindfull of other guests when enjoying these facilities as a group.

Minimise noise at all times, keep it right down as from 10pm onwards and go to bed at 11pm. When you wake up at midnight and in desperate need of a cuppa, you are welcome!

Use of playground & trampolines

Although we are unable to physically close the playground, out of respect for fellow campers we ask parents to let their kids know that the playground closes at 9pm or dusk, whichever comes first. Avoiding the playground all together until 7am.

We are very aware particular locations in the park are more popular than others. We do our very best to give everybody a fair chance, but we discovered this is close to impossible.

  1. We do not allow bookings for more than a year ahead. This year is based on the departure date.
  2. Guests staying during peak periods have first right to re-book, for the same period the year after.
  3. At any stage can we review those these rules if we think they are not supporting our mission to give everybody a fair chance.

In advance we apologise that we not always can accommodate your specific request, we hope you understand!
